All prices are for the 8-week fall session, beginning Friday, September 11. Weekend training & games is an optional +$120 add-on — 3 weekends, roughly 6 games; drop-in for a single weekend is $50. Weekend play happens Saturdays or Sundays and is never held at The Philadelphia School — in-house games are in Chestnut Hill or Spring House, and tournament play is at Shoot Hoops in King of Prussia. Dates are announced two weeks in advance and scheduled around fall soccer and flag football. Puppy Dawgs and Dawgs play in-house games; Team MP plays local games and AAU tournaments. All-Access ($495 / $530 / $650 by age) is unlimited nights at any MP gym with weekend training & games and an MP backpack included — groups do fill, so a quick heads-up on which nights you're coming keeps your spot.

Weekend Games Are Not Played at
The Philadelphia School
The Philadelphia School is our Friday night training gym only. We do not have weekend access to 2501 Lombard, and no MP game will be played there this fall.
If you add the weekend option, you're committing to driving out of the city on three weekends. That's a real ask, and we'd rather you know it now than find out in October.
Chestnut Hill
In-house games. Roughly 25–30 minutes up Kelly & Lincoln Drive.
Spring House
In-house games at Gwynedd Mercy. Roughly 35–40 minutes.
King of Prussia
AAU tournaments at Shoot Hoops — Team MP (13–17) only. Roughly 35 minutes.
Friday-only is a full, complete option. Your player trains every Friday night in the city, gets live game reps in every session, and never leaves Center City. Plenty of our families choose exactly that.

MP teams against MP teams in our own gyms — Chestnut Hill or Spring House. Our coaches run both benches, so matchups stay fair and everybody plays.
Dawgs
Ages 11–12
In-House Training & Games
Same in-house format, full court and at real pace. Competing against other MP players lets us match groups properly instead of hoping a bracket does it for us.
Team MP
Ages 13–17
Local Games & AAU Tournaments
Outside competition — local games plus AAU tournaments at Shoot Hoops in King of Prussia and other nearby venues. A tournament day runs longer and can include more games.
Three weekends over the eight-week fall season — not every weekend. Each weekend date is usually two games back to back, so a player finishes with roughly six real games on a coached team.
It's a window, not a lost Saturday — you play and you're done, rather than checking in at 8 AM for a 4 PM tip-off. Puppy Dawgs and Dawgs play in-house games in Chestnut Hill or Spring House. Team MP plays local games and AAU tournaments, including at Shoot Hoops in King of Prussia, where a day can run longer and include more games. Dates go out at least two weeks ahead, scheduled around fall soccer and flag football.
For Center City families: none of that happens at The Philadelphia School. Adding weekends means three trips out to Chestnut Hill, Spring House or King of Prussia.

End the week on the court. Friday night at 2501 Lombard puts quality coached basketball inside the city — walkable or a short ride for Center City, Graduate Hospital, Fitler Square and South Philly families. Players register as individuals — no team, no tryout. Everyone is grouped by skill level and developmental fit, and advanced players may train and play up when appropriate. Girls train in girls' groups.
Want a second night? Two nights a week is $295 / $330 / $450 by age group, and the second night can be at any MP gym — Mondays at SCH Academy in Chestnut Hill (three full courts), Thursdays at Norwood-Fontbonne, or Tuesday through Thursday at Gwynedd Mercy in Spring House. Same price wherever you go.
