Sundays at the Mount is built for girls who want to get better, play more and have fun doing it, whether they're brand new to basketball or already playing on a team.
Every session is run by experienced coaches, not part-time trainers. We teach the game through game-speed mini games, so every player gets touches, makes decisions and learns how to actually play.
We've coached at the Mount for the past three seasons and couldn't be more excited to bring our program into the Mount's brand-new fieldhouse.
- Girls only, grades 2–8
- Brand-new fieldhouse at Mount St. Joseph Academy
- Players grouped by age and experience
- Skill work plus game-speed mini games every week

- No tryouts. Every girl is welcome.
