This Isn't Pay-to-Play.
Most AAU programs stack tournaments and call it development. Team MP is built the other way around. We practice first — twice a week. We develop first. Competition follows — but it's never the point.

Teams are capped at 8 players. Every player gets real reps, real coaching, and real feedback. If you're looking for a program where your player actually gets better — not just plays more games — this is it.
We Practice
Real practices twice a week — not just warm-ups before tournaments. Players get consistent reps, real coaching, and real feedback every single week.
We Develop
Footwork, ball handling, shooting, defense, spacing, basketball IQ. We teach the game — not just the result.
We Compete
Fall and spring seasons. Weekend tournaments. Players who have earned it through twice-weekly practices get to show it on the court.
Practice Close to Home.
We run four practice locations so families aren't driving 45 minutes each way for two practices a week. Team MP fits into your life.

Fall and Spring. More Development, More Reps.
Traditional AAU is a spring/summer tournament grind with one practice a week if you're lucky. Team MP runs fall and spring seasons with two practices per week — more coaching time, more developmental reps, and more time for players to actually get better before they compete.
Fall Season
October – December

Spring Season
February – May
Twice-weekly practices, skill development, and regional tournaments. Build toward the summer with a full spring of coaching behind you.

Everyone Who Joins Team MP
Is Expected to Play Like a Dawg.

There's no top tier. There's no separate squad. There's one standard — and it applies to every player in the program from day one. Hard work. Coachability. Compete every possession. That's what it means to be a Dawg.

Teams are built through tryouts for players in grades 4–11. Two practices a week. Four locations. One standard across all of them.
